My Work in Action, Where Passion Meets Purpose
From training rooms to virtual stages, government halls to university lecture theatres, I've been incredibly fortunate to walk beside thousands of professionals, students, and leaders, sparking their growth through project management.
In 2025 alone, I trained 50 professionals from MRT Corporation in PMP exam readiness. I empowered TDM Berhad's leaders with Strategic Project Management skills, and helped teams from Sandisk, Jinko Solar, Mr. DIY, CIMA, and RISDA Holdings master the project fundamentals. Whether it’s refining execution for CelcomDigi through Conflict and Risk Management courses, or simplifying project concepts for KTMB, I strive to make every session memorable, practical, and human.
I conduct Public classes too and I love bringing project management alive for learners from all walks of life. As a Speaker, I've taken the stage for:
- SSM on Project Risk Management,
- PMI Malaysia, PMI Singapore, and PMI Sweden, including emceeing International Women’s Day 2024,
- Universities like UNITEN, UITM, Albukhary International University — guiding students on future-ready project leadership.
I'm also proud to champion the next generation through AIESEC webinars, and to coach women through PMI’s Women in Project Management Mentorship Program, a cause close to my heart. My journey includes impactful collaborations like leading The eCEOs in securing PMI ATP status, and working with FELDA, Bintulu Port, Sapura Secured Tech, and Sarawak Tourism Board on project and risk management initiatives. Going back a little further, I’ve spoken at PMI Philippines Symposium, hosted PMIMY Book Champion sessions, and inspired audiences with real talk on leadership, ethics, volunteering, and change.
